We are excited to share a new publication on the factors that impact sexual well-being and intimacy in IBD patients, co-authored by our very own Dr. Neilanjan Nandi along with many esteemed GI clinicians. This important study underscores how IBD disease activity can directly impact patient sexual health and well-being. The co-authors discuss assessment tools to identify sexual dysfunction and risk factors for developing sexual dysfunction in addition to reviewing sexual and gender minority (SGM) concerns.
